Only now that I notice RH attached on the extremity of Bardiche, I find this pic to be very sad ,_,. I had some hope that Fate was going to rescue Nanoha, but it seems that's it's too late already and she doesn't plan to keep living passed her revenge accomplished (つд`).
my take on this though is that nanoha got kidnapped and fate is tracing wherever she was taken
Correct, Killuan, for that reason I personally believe Nanoha died, and as a result, Fate went on a crusade of revenge, no longer caring about her own life either.
Well in any case, that's to be one bloodthirsty Fate-chan.
Though in the event Nanoha actually died in Canon, I could see Fate doing some pretty crazy things. As Precia was Fate's everything in the first season, Nanoha is Fate's everything now...Although, Caro and Erio might stop her to some degree.

Though I'd love to see Fate reaction, i.e getting revenge, it would certainly pain me greatly to see her suffer from the loss her most important person and then I prefer not to have to see Nanoha die, at all >_>".
I can say it because I can confidently say it would never happen.
Though it would be nice to see the A's to StrikerS transition where Nanoha gets hurt. I'm sure Fate was in a permanent state of anxiety until she got all better~
I'm so wishing to see it one day, but it has been like 3 or 4 years now since we first heard about the accident and I start to doubt they will ever animate it or make some comic about it :/. Still we already know Fate was in great distress due to Nanoha condition : she failed her Enforcer exam and is shown sitting next to Nanoha when she was in bed at the hospital (unconscious). Why was that panel soooo tiny? orz
