The art is the same as of the fan artist who did all the A's and StrikerS gag comics, so I don't think it's official in any case. "Stardust Memory" is also the name of one of the smaller Gundam series, though that may just be a coincidence. It was neat seeing this in any case! Thanks for uploading it. : )
I don't know if it's real or not; it might have been a trailer for a product that was never released, that's why I posted it here in the hopes that one of the other members would know what it is.
