RIFTS Tabletop RPG Lyrical Mage Class

I was going to play RIFTS with some of my gaming buddies and figured RIFTS was a very tolerable system for custom classes. My GM allowed me to make a class of what I wanted, a mage like Nanoha and Fate! So I came up with this so far for the lyrical mage class I'm making, just in case we do come around to play it. I just wanted to share and to see if anyone could throw in a few things I missed or got wrong. Keep in mind, this is not supposed to be an overpowered class. I am toning it down I believe so it wouldn't be overpowered and whatnot. So... thoughts, opinions anyone?
