Its been done before, I've seen a lot of in on AS. RadiantBeam was doing a CYOA based off of FSN. I think its been stalled due to school

AS stands for the animesuki forums
CYOA choose your own adventure
FSN Fate/Stay night (an anime/manga that this picture was probably based off)
...and RadiantBeam is an awesome writer, just saying....
