As far as I know, the first movie is a alternative remake of the first season, which may be followed by a second one, which will be a alternative remake of the second season, and a third one (alt. remake of Strikers).

Dunno about the "stardust memory" affixed to the title, the only "stardust memory" I know is Gundam 0083 Stardust Memory.

Officially there is only one Movie announced, and as far as I know there is nothing said about the first movie having "stardust memory" in the title either.
Can you provide the link to crunchyroll?

Saludos
