why is it that EVERY place I find this photo EVERYONE thinks thats Signum! that is Kyrie Florian from the Gears of Destiny Nanoha game. if that were Signum she'd be taller, have blue eyes, strait hair and would not have that happy face
Because Signum is more popular than a random character from a video game who happens to look like her just for the long pink hair. Or at least I believe that.
I put Signum with question marks because I couldn't figure out who else had long pink hair. Yes it was clearly off model but I couldn't recall anyone else in the show with hair that matched.

Come to think about this game Kyrie is actually the worse kind of enemy that Fate could possible encounter. I mean take their personalities: Fate is a timid, bashful and naïve while Kyrie is cool, cynical and has no problems showing of her sexuality. When this two battle in the game our poor Fate doesn’t stand a chance in the previous talk. Kyrie calls her “Kawaiiko-chan” (Cute girl-chan) while shooting down all the attempts Fate makes to cooperate as invitations for a date in the end the little blond is reduce to say nothing but “Auau…” fortune for her Kyrie finally decide start fighting and Fate is able to beat the crap out of her.
