But Vivio really need a legion of gentically-engineered superpowered human based with her mothers' and their friends DNA, in fact she needs exactly 20 legions of those. It's mandatory if she want to be the God-Empress of Mankind.
In that case, shouldn't the number be 30? The same number that Augustus established for the Imperial Roman Army when he became Emperor.
In Warhammer 40k fluff, the Emperor created 20 Space Marines legions, using the DNA of his 20 sons, one for each legion. I based my little crazy idea around that.

Nanoha + Fate + Teena + Caro = 4
Hayate + Vita + Signum + Shamal = 4
Einhart + Ixy + Lio + Corona = 4
We are already up to 21. And I left out all the men :0
That would make a total army of 210000 9-foot tall women, each almost as powerful than the charcter they're based of. With such an army, Vivio will conquer the galaxy without a problem. :3
