Maybe that's the case in Force with the lack of Nanoha and Fate, or other actual Nanoha characters, I presume. I don't know what they were thinking when they planned Force, but at least we still have Vivid, which seems to be liked a lot more also.

The problem with Force is the protagonists. Touma, Isis and Lily will be ok if this was a new history, but then again is Nanoha´s manga, we and everyone else want Nanoha no new characters with lame, absurdly and impossible back history because the continuity. And the lame villains that are actually worse than Jail and his sexy but no to efficient Numbers. I hate Force, I really do.

With ViVid is not better. I mean they have better artwork and actually use main characters that we know (Sort of) or, in the case of Einhart, the manga shows why we should care about them. But the lack of plot in the first half of the series and now the pointless fight scenes in the new arc history are making the manga just silly. I mean for a series that always take care of every character feelings and make good motivations the tournament is a lame excuse considering that they heard about it and decide to participate like a month before beginning. Acctually, why they want to participate? Yes Ein want to proof Kiser Arts as the ultimate fighting stile (By the way that is just silly) the rest? Corona has a cliché (And Teana´s) inferiority complex so… beat me, Rio is… idiot (Really, there is something really wrong with her, I just can´t put a finger in what it is), Vivio is… Nanoha´s daughter so she has to be in the tournament, Miura… the less I say the better, and I forgot the rest of the characters but can be resume like these: Why should I care?

I understand how it might look that way but I don't think that Fate herself has become a tease- rather I think its Nanoha encouraging Fate to dress and act teazingly. Both for Nanoha's own satisfaction and because Nanoha likes to show off Fate as Nanoha is proud of her wifu and wants everyone to see.
